Local Slam is a platform designed to support tennis clubs, players, coaches, and administrators by providing features such as:

• Club management
• Court bookings
• Training session scheduling

• Tournament registration
• Player and coach profiles
• Communication and organizational tools

Features may change, be added, or removed at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by local law, to use the Services independently.

For minors, use of the Services must be authorized by a parent, guardian, club, or coach where required by applicable law.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Providing accurate information
• Keeping your profile information up to date
• All activity performed under your account

You agree not to share your account with others.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Impersonate another person
• Provide false information
• Interfere with the operation of the Services
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Upload malicious software or harmful content
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Club and Coach Responsibilities

Clubs and coaches are responsible for:

• Managing their own activities and schedules
• Maintaining accurate member information
• Ensuring compliance with local regulations
• Obtaining required permissions when handling information relating to minors

Local Slam acts as a software platform and is not responsible for the operation of individual clubs.

7. Bookings, Trainings, and Events

Bookings, training sessions, tournaments, and other events are managed by clubs and coaches.

Local Slam is not responsible for:

• Event cancellations
• Scheduling conflicts
• Coaching quality
• Club policies
• Refund decisions made by clubs

Club-specific policies may apply separately.

8. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, branding, designs, logos, text, and content provided by Local Slam, are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the Services without prior written permission.

9. Availability of Services

We strive to provide reliable Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The Services may occasionally be unavailable due to:

• Maintenance
• Technical issues
• Infrastructure failures
• Third-party service interruptions

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Local Slam shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Loss of profits
• Loss of data
• Loss of business opportunities
• Damages resulting from club operations or user actions

11. Termination

Users may stop using the Services at any time.
